ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

At Appriss, we strive to earn our customers' complete satisfaction with our services and ensure they have the tools needed to serve the public. Our account managers assist with service deployment, education, and troubleshooting throughout our customers' communities.

Supporting our customers' public awareness and promotional activities is also a central task for our account management team. We provide brochures, posters, public service announcements, and other materials designed to raise public awareness - of which are fully customized to meet each customer's needs.

In addition, account managers can assist customers with media relations, special events, law enforcement roll call presentations, and other efforts to promote Appriss services in their communities.
